Morvat Return Policy

We, at Morvat, thank you for your purchase and hope you are happy with it. We strive to make all our customers happy, but we know that ordering online is not an exact science, so we understand if something doesn’t turn out exactly right. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or a replacement. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at returns@morvat.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include a proof of purchase and the return form that will be provided. Then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, all return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. It is strongly recommended that a trackable method be used to mail your return.

REFUNDS

Upon receipt of the return in new condition, your refund will be processed, and an email notification will be sent. Please allow at least 7 business days from the receipt of your item to the processing of the refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on the credit card company.
