Likes: Looks great and I like the adjustable legs.

Improvements: Your parts are all the same, you should stamp the holes for left and right. The hole countersink is on the wrong side for half of those parts. Otherwise, I like it. Because its outside, I do have to put a bungee across the front to keep the bags from falling out in the wind.

Great organizer

We live full time in our RV so there is not alot of room. I put this under the front of our 5th wheel and it is of a very nice design. We're in FL for now, so there is alot of rain, I will remark about any rust issues if they occur but it isn't in any direct rain. I like the adjustable feet on the legs, I can get it a little further off the concrete slab. It took only 10 minutes for someone to stop by and remark on it. You should expect more order from this location.

In my first review, I was upset about their customer service. Well, they stepped up and sent me a new organizer, a lot sooner than they said they would. I was pleasantly surprised to receive it today. I put it together, and it's a very solid organizer. My bags fit perfectly, as well as my other golf supplies. Thank you.

Still Waiting

I received the organizer late afternoon ,on Oct. 29. I didn't open it until Oct. 30th. I realized pretty quickly that two key parts were missing. So I emailed Morvat, and knew that you wouldn't see the email until Monday, Nov. 1st. I received an email apologizing for the mix up, and wanting my address, so they could send a replacement. I sent that. I then received another email asking for the Order number. I sent that to them, and then didn't hear back. Was waiting for confirmation that the replacement had been shipped. Then today, Nov. 3rd, I received an email saying that the product would arrive by Nov. 13th. That's 10 days away, and 12 days from the first communication about the error. I guess I don't see much urgency on your part to address the problem. So I can't say that I'm overly impressed with your customer support.
